I worked with YunoJuno across two freelance stints. The first designing an iOS app in 2015, then returning in 2016 for a year and a half to bring their newly completed re-brand (led by another designer) into the web platform, across both the freelancer and employer-facing marketplaces.

YunoJuno is a global freelance management platform and marketplace connecting companies with freelance talent.
Improving marketplace confidence and conversion for talent and client journeys on YunoJuno's freelance platform.
Overview
Opportunity
On the Freelancer side, I applied the new brand while tidying up the flows they relied on the most: finding and responding to briefs, tracking responses, chat, editing and customising profiles, logging timesheets and work history, and setting availability. On the employer side, I improved how clients searched for and shortlisted freelancers. Alongside the product work, I created marketing collateral including business cards, booklets, event merchandise, and microsites.
Why
Every decision from copy, to visual hierarchy is what makes people convert. Every flow I touched aimed to make both freelancers and employers feel confident enough to take the next step with their new role or hire.
Impact
Working across both sides of the same marketplace reinforced how much consistency is needed between brand and product. That's shaped how I think about multi-sided products ever since.
